Shipping Policies

As of Jan 2, 2017, we do ship to any address in the world!

Shipping fee is no longer a flat rate, but calculated by the courier according to the size and weight of your order and your address. For now, we offer Canada Post shipping options only, for this is our testing mode. We do plan on adding other couriers for you to choose from.

Fulfilment Your items will be shipped withing 3 business days by Canada Post.

Shiping options During checkout, you wil be offered several options to choose from. For small items like bandanas and Triangle biocotton, we prefer/recommend a lettermail, which is the most economical solution, provided the cost of those items. There is no tracking using this option.

Proof of Payment is sent by email to you after your order has been successfully submitted. We do not ship a copy of your invoice with your order (unless mandatory). If you require a paper copy of your invoice, please let us know and we will include the invoice with your package. 

We offer a free pickup in Toronto Beaches area (Woodbine/Queen St E). Please get in touch with us via email info@angel-wings.co for pickup details after placing your order.

U.S. ORDERS - CUSTOMS FEES 

We take full responsibility for orders valued less than $800 CAD per U.S. address, crossing over from Canada to the USA. Orders valued more than $800 CAD: Any duties, fees, customs broker fees etc. are the sole responsibility of the receiver/customer. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Any duties, fees, customs broker fees etc. are the sole responsibility of the receiver/customer. 

PRE-ORDERS/BACK-ORDERS

We offer pre-orders and/or back-orders for out of stock items, new products, or items that are not being ordered on a regular basis (e.g. Maternity Inserts, extra hoods or panels).

Please contact us in regards of estimated delivery time before placing your pre/back-order. We want to make sure you are happy with the wait. In case you don't get in touch with us before placing your pre/back-order, we will inform you about estimated time of arrival.

All pre/back-ordered items must be fully paid before shipping.

Returns Policy

You may return new, undamaged items within 30 days after your order has been delivered. Should you want to return/exchange your item, you MUST get in touch with us within two weeks (14 days) after your item has been delivered. Full refund of the item purchased will be granted (excl. shipping). If 14 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all inserts. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions regarding the return process.

Gift cards CANNOT be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use, including dirt, pet hair, perfume, etc.
  • Items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale items are considered final - discounted item are non-returnable, non-refundable.

Refunds 

Once your returned order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchanges 

We perfectly understand the peculiarities of online shopping and are happy to exchange items that don't quite meet your quality or colour expectations, or don't fit perfectly. Having said that, discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Gifts

Let us know if your purchased item is a Gift. We are happy to wrap it nicely on your behalf and even add a greeting card or a note. Small additional fee might be applied depending on your requirements. Anything is possible! Get in touch.

Security

Angel-wings.co is a secure site, and you can feel confident in using your credit card. All of your information is received through a secure server with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We take a firm stance on credit card security, and have implemented a robust and highly secure e-commerce environment. We do not store any of your credit card information in our system, and all card transactions are processed securely through our payment processor.

Misprints

We do our best to ensure our website has the most up-to-date and accurate information. However, we are human and make mistakes! In the event an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or correct the error on our web site.
